How can an interactive kiosk make life easier for citizens and tourists ?
Real time, up-to-date information :
choice of the quickest means of transport
traffic disruption information...
Restaurants, hotels, shops, monuments…
Town hall, post office, tourist office...
From this starting point, we segmented the data to create a smooth, high-performance user-experience, thus enabling each target to get the information needed in the shortest possible time.
To provide full access to the kiosk for persons with reduced mobility, we developed a specially adapted interface.
AND SPECIAL SUPPORT FEATURES
We have installed settings on the interactive kiosk to prevent fraud or misuse. User data is not saved and can be deleted manually when closing the session. The session is reset automatically every five minutes.
Through a back office system developed using WordPress, Keolis is able to edit any of the content available on the interactive kiosk.
To check the kiosk’s performance our team tested the interface in-situ putting themselves in the shoes of a real user.
The objective was to ensure that the kiosk worked properly and correct any minor flaws. This approach enables us to guarantee an optimal user experience.
NewQuest has developed a smartphone interface to enable users of the Synchro bus network to easily find the time of the next bus by using the QR code at each bus-stop.
We have also designed an interface to display information on a screen at the way out of Chambéry Hospital, giving the times of the next buses from the nearby stops.
